Peanut Butter Ritz Cracker Cookies Recipe
- 1 whole pkg. almond bark or possibly vanilla
- 2 full Packages Ritz crackers
- Heat almond bark in 250 degree oven.
- Spread crunchy peanut butter on Ritz crackers and place another on top like a cookie.
- Scrape excess peanut butter off around edges.
- Dip Ritz cookies into melted almond bark making sure excess bark has dripped off.
- Place on wax paper then sprinkle with mixed decorating candies immediately.
- Put in air dry container and place in refrigerator to harden.
