Baked Pasta

  1. Place 3-4 cups water on the gas stove and bring it to a boil
  2. Add 2 teaspoons salt and ensure it is completely dissolved
  3. Add the penne pasta and keep stirring occasionally
  4. Check the cooking time on pasta packet and keep the water on boil all the time
  5. Keep cold water and ice on standby in the fridge
  6. Once the cooking time for pasta is complete (12-15 minutes), strain the pasta from hot water and immediately transfer into cold water kept in fridge.
  7. Add the ice on top to bring down the temperature rapidly
  8. After 5 minutes starin the water and spread the pasta on a plate and drizzle some olive oil.
  9. In a wok or pan, add some olive oil and heat it till smoky.
  10. Once hot put it on simmer and add 1 tablespoon butter or margarine.
  11. Add sliced garlic and ginger shavings to the hot oil.
  12. Follow with capsicum carrot and cabbage.
  13. Add salt and pepper powder and let it stay for 5 minutes
  14. Now add the cooled pasta to this and 5oss for few minutes.
  15. Now add the tomato ketchup and let it until it leave the sides of the pan
  16. Add the tomatoes and close with a lid
  17. Now take a baking bowl or reay and grease it with Olive oil.
  18. Transfer the pasta mix into the baking dish and place the tomato wedges spreading evenly.
  19. Sprinkle the Chilly flakes and the grated cheese on top.
  20. Add some butter shavings on the top.
  21. Now wrap it entirely with aluminium foil and bake it in the oven for 20 minutes.
  22. After baking garnish as per your choice and serve hot
