Baked Pasta
- 200 grams Penne pasta
- 1 Tomato
- 1 Carrot
- 1/2 Capsicum
- 50 grams Cabbage
- 3 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
- 100 grams Cheese (Any)
- 1 tsp Red Chilly Flakes
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 2 tsp Salt
- 3 pinch Black Pepper Powder
- 5 clove Garlic
- 1/2 head Ginger
- Place 3-4 cups water on the gas stove and bring it to a boil
- Add 2 teaspoons salt and ensure it is completely dissolved
- Add the penne pasta and keep stirring occasionally
- Check the cooking time on pasta packet and keep the water on boil all the time
- Keep cold water and ice on standby in the fridge
- Once the cooking time for pasta is complete (12-15 minutes), strain the pasta from hot water and immediately transfer into cold water kept in fridge.
- Add the ice on top to bring down the temperature rapidly
- After 5 minutes starin the water and spread the pasta on a plate and drizzle some olive oil.
- In a wok or pan, add some olive oil and heat it till smoky.
- Once hot put it on simmer and add 1 tablespoon butter or margarine.
- Add sliced garlic and ginger shavings to the hot oil.
- Follow with capsicum carrot and cabbage.
- Add salt and pepper powder and let it stay for 5 minutes
- Now add the cooled pasta to this and 5oss for few minutes.
- Now add the tomato ketchup and let it until it leave the sides of the pan
- Add the tomatoes and close with a lid
- Now take a baking bowl or reay and grease it with Olive oil.
- Transfer the pasta mix into the baking dish and place the tomato wedges spreading evenly.
- Sprinkle the Chilly flakes and the grated cheese on top.
- Add some butter shavings on the top.
- Now wrap it entirely with aluminium foil and bake it in the oven for 20 minutes.
- After baking garnish as per your choice and serve hot
