Impromptu Bacon Spinach Pizza
- 1/2 pounds Ree's Basic Pizza Crust Dough (see Recipe In Ree's TastyKitchen Recipe Box)
- 1 cup Ricotta Or Cottage Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 1 bunch Fresh Spinach, Chopped
- 1/2 pounds Bacon, Cooked Crispy And Crumbled
- 4 ounces, weight Shredded Or Sliced Mozzarella Cheese
- Prepare the pizza dough (use Rees recipe for Basic Pizza Crust located in her recipe box, or your favorite recipe, or store bought), rolling out the dough and placing it on an oiled baking sheet and spreading it to your desired thickness.
- In a small bowl, combine the ricotta or cottage cheese, garlic powder and salt and pepper; mix to combine.
- Spread the mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
- Next, sprinkle the chopped spinach and bacon over the top.
- Top with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in a 375 degrees F oven for 15-20 minutes.
- Watch the crust and take it out when it reaches your desired crispiness.
- Slice it up and serve hot!

- My 5-year-old scarfed this down, no care in the world that it had spinach on it!
