Savory Baked Salmon

  1. Place fish on a lined and spray baking sheet.
  2. Sprinkle with wine, shallots and S&P both sides.
  3. Cover with foil and Bake @ 425 for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Check for doneness.
  5. Should be pink & flaky in thickest part.
  6. In the mean time:
  7. In a small pan warm mayonnaise & chicken broth, whisk in mustard.
  8. Add the remaining ingredients until warmed through.
  9. Serve over hot salmon.
