Beef Pattie Burgundy

  1. Mix together in a bowl the ground round, bread crumbs, 4 tablespoons of the wine and seasonings.
  2. Shape the meat into 4 oval patties.
  3. Brown 5 minute each side in a large skillet.
  4. Remove meat from skillet and set aside.
  5. Saute fresh mushrooms until nearly cooked (saute canned mushrooms 1 minute).
  6. Add remaining 1/2 cup wine and gravy.
  7. Bring to bubble and return meat to sauce for 5 minutes.
  8. Serve on large platter with gravy on top.
