Sauteed Cherry Tomatoes for 2
- 12 pint cherry tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon butter
- snipped chives
- Remove stem ends from cherry tomatoes.
- Prick each tomato several times.
- Melt butter in 8-inch skillet.
- Cook and stir tomatoes in butter over medium heat until heated through, about 3 minutes.
- For a garnish, sprinkle snipped chives on top.
