Sauteed Cherry Tomatoes for 2

  1. Remove stem ends from cherry tomatoes.
  2. Prick each tomato several times.
  3. Melt butter in 8-inch skillet.
  4. Cook and stir tomatoes in butter over medium heat until heated through, about 3 minutes.
  5. For a garnish, sprinkle snipped chives on top.
