My family's Bolognese Sauce
- 350 grams Ground meat
- 1/2 Onion
- 1/2 Carrot
- 3 to 4 shiitake mushrooms
- 2 tbsp White flour
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 200 grams Water
- 1 can Canned diced tomatoes
- 3 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp Ketchup
- 1 tbsp Soup stock powder
- 1 tsp sugar
- Saute ground meat with olive oil in a pan.
- Add the ingredients marked and saute until cooked.
- Add white flour and mix.
- Add water and canned tomatoes.
- Simmer it over high heat and skim off the scum.
- Add the seasoning ingredients marked and simmer.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce to low heat.
- Stir occasionally to avoid burning.
- Adjust the taste and serve over pasta (with basil leaves if you like).
