Peanut Butter Ball Candies

  1. In a large bowl, combine the peanut butter and marshmallow spread; add rice bubbles and stir until well coated.
  2. In a small microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and cooking fat.
  3. Microwave, uncovered, for 1-2 minutes or until chips are melted; stir until smooth.
  4. Roll cereal mixture into 1inch balls; with the rice ball on a fork, dip into the chocolate until covered.
  5. Place each ball into a paper patty case or onto baking paper.
  6. Refrigerate until set hard.
  7. These will store in the fridge in an air tight container for up to 3 weeks.
