Almond Brandy Truffles Recipe

  1. In a small saucepan, bring cream ot a boil over Medium-Low heat.
  2. Remove from heat.
  3. Add in chocolate and stir till melted.
  4. Combine chocolate mix, confectioner's sugar, almond paste and brandy in a medium bowl.
  5. Spread mix in an 8" suqare glass baking dish.
  6. Cover and refrigerte 1 hour or possibly till hard sufficient to shape.
  7. Using a melon baller or possibly small spoon, shape into 1" balls.
  8. Roll in grnd almonds.
  9. store in an airtight container in refrigerator.
