Eureka! Hush Puppies

• 1 (10 ounce) box corn muffin mix
• 14 cup flour
• 1 vidalia onion
• 9 ounces cream-style corn
• 14 cup buttermilk
• 2 eggs
• 2 -3 dashes hot sauce
• 1 teaspoon honey
• 1 cup cheddar cheese
• peanut oil

1. Heat oil inpan or deep fryer.
2. Mix everythig else in big bowl and then scoop with a mini ice cream scoop and drop into hot oil for about 1 1/2 minutes or until golden brown.
