Spicy Tuna Roll Salad

  1. If using fresh tuna, in 10-inch skillet, heat vegetable oil on medium-high until very hot.
  2. Sprinkle tuna all over with salt and pepper.
  3. Add tuna to skillet; cook 3 minutes per side or until browned on both sides.
  4. Transfer cooked tuna to cutting board.
  5. Thinly slice.
  6. In large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, chili sauce, lime juice, soy sauce, sesame oil, and sugar.
  7. Add arugula, rice, cucumber, and avocado; toss to combine.
  8. Divide salad among 4 serving plates.
  9. Top with tuna.
