Deep Fried Tofu with Savory Sauce

  1. Cut the tofu into easy-to-eat sizes and coat with katakuriko.
  2. Generously oil a frying pan and fry both sides.
  3. Once browned, add the mentsuyu, water, grated daikon radish and mirin.
  4. Boil until the ingredients become thickened and it's done.
