Casanova Tuna Steak
- 3 tuna steaks
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 2 teaspoons ginger, finely chopped
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- rinse off tuna steaks and pat dry.
- mix remaining ingredients in a small bowl.
- rub tuna steaks all over with the spices, using up all of the spices and oil.
- grill or broil the tuna steaks over highest heat until done -- approximately 3-4 minutes per side for a 2 inch thick steak.
- note: most people overcook tuna by cooking too long on too low a temperature or by forgetting that they will continue to cook for a few minutes after they are removed from the heat.
