Okara Cookies
- 250 grams Fresh okara
- 3 tbsp White flour
- 20 grams Butter
- 2 tbsp Artificial sweetner (Lakanto or sweetener)
- 1 medium or small Egg
- Saute the fresh okara in a frying pan until crumbly.
- Do not use oil.
- Stir in the butter and artificial sugar well, and add in the egg.
- Add the flour and Step 2 into Step 1, place into a plastic bag and knead well, flatten, and chill in the freezer for about an hour.
- Cut the plastic bag open, and then cut the dough into whatever size you prefer.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 170C for 20~25 minutes.
