Chikuwa and Bell Pepper Stir-Fry with Okonomiyaki Sauce

  1. Cut up the bell pepper and chikuwa, and stir-fry with a little oil in a frying pan.
  2. When they're cooked, turn off the heat and add the sauce.
  3. Coat and stir using the residual heat.
  4. This is also delicious with some bonito flakes or grated cheese.
  5. They're great without bell peppers!
