Hidden Nutrition Pita Pizza

  1. DO NOT CUT OR OPEN PITA.
  2. Spread sauce over top of pita.
  3. Sprinkle tofu bits over sauce then cover with cheese and finish with spinach.
  4. Toast in toaster oven until cheese melts and pita is crispy.
  5. Cut into fourths and allow to cool before serving.
