Spicy Grilled Mushrooms
- 1 env. GOOD SEASONS Asian Sesame Dressing Mix
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/4 cup HEINZ Apple Cider Vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1-1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lb. fresh shitake or button mushrooms, stems removed
- Mix dressing mix, oil, vinegar, soy sauce, hot pepper sauce and garlic with wire whisk until well blended.
- Pour 1/2 cup of the dressing over mushrooms in large bowl; let stand 30 min.
- to marinate.
- Store remaining dressing in refrigerator for another use.
- Drain mushrooms, reserving marinade.
- Preheat greased grill to medium heat.
- Grill mushrooms 3 to 5 min.
- on each side or until tender and slightly crisp, turning and brushing frequently with the reserved marinade.
