Alsatian Daiquiri

• Ice
• 2 ounces vanilla spiced rum
• 1 ounce Gewurztraminer
• 1 ounce fresh lime juice
• 3/4 ounce Simple Syrup
• Dash of peach bitters

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Add all of the remaining ingredients and shake well.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe.
