Meat-Wrapped Potato Teriyaki
- 2 Potatoes
- 10 slice Thinly sliced pork belly
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- 1 Easy Teriyaki Sauce
- Cut the potatoes into 5 mm chunks and microwave for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
- Wrap the pork belly around some of the diced potato.
- Season the completed rolls with more salt and pepper.
- Pan fry the rolls in a frying pan until crisp.
- A lot of fat will render from the pork, so wipe with paper towels.
- Add the teriyaki sauce to the pan.
- When the sauce and pork rolls are glossy, they are done.
