Meat-Wrapped Potato Teriyaki

  1. Cut the potatoes into 5 mm chunks and microwave for 3 to 4 minutes.
  2. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
  3. Wrap the pork belly around some of the diced potato.
  4. Season the completed rolls with more salt and pepper.
  5. Pan fry the rolls in a frying pan until crisp.
  6. A lot of fat will render from the pork, so wipe with paper towels.
  7. Add the teriyaki sauce to the pan.
  8. When the sauce and pork rolls are glossy, they are done.
