Super Thrify! Yakiniku-Style Chicken and Komatsuna Stir-fry
- 1 fillet Chicken breast thinly sliced on the diagonal
- 1 bunch Komatsuna (cut into 5 cm lengths)
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Mirin
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Kombu based dashi stock
- 5 cm Minced garlic (from a tube)
- 1 tbsp Ground white sesame seeds
- 1 Sesame oil
- Combine the ingredients, then marinate the chicken for over 10 minutes (you can omit this step).
- Heat the sesame oil in a frying pan, add the pieces of chicken to the pan one by one, and fry on both sides.
- First add the komatsuna stalks, then the leaves, and finally the meat.
- Pour in the marinade (the ingredients), saute until the komatsuna is tender, then serve.
