Super Thrify! Yakiniku-Style Chicken and Komatsuna Stir-fry

  1. Combine the ingredients, then marinate the chicken for over 10 minutes (you can omit this step).
  2. Heat the sesame oil in a frying pan, add the pieces of chicken to the pan one by one, and fry on both sides.
  3. First add the komatsuna stalks, then the leaves, and finally the meat.
  4. Pour in the marinade (the ingredients), saute until the komatsuna is tender, then serve.
