Affogato Mexico

• 125 ml freshly brewed espresso coffee
• 60 ml gold tequila
• 60 ml coffee liqueur
• 4 scoops vanilla ice cream

1. Combine the coffee, tequila and coffee liqueur in a heatproof jug.
2. Spoon the ice-cream among serving glasses.
3. Pour over the coffee mixture and serve immediately.
