Reese's Fudge Cookie
- 1 1/4 cups butter soft
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups flour, all-purpose
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 6 ounces peanut butter cups
- Preheat oven to 350F (180C).
- Cream together butter and sugar.
- Add eggs and vanilla, and blend well.
- Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt, blend into creamed mixture.
- Stir in chips, drop by teaspoonsful onto ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake for 8 to 9 minutes, then remove to rack.
