Simple Chinese Cabbage Chicken Soup

• 6 cups chicken broth
• 2 cups napa (Chinese) cabbage thinly sliced
• 1 ds soy sauce, tamari
• 2 each scallions, spring or green onions sliced
• 4 tablespoons coriander chopped

1. Bring the chicken stock to a boil.
2. Add the cabbage and cook 30 seconds.
3. Season with soy sauce.
4. Garnish with green onions and coriander.
