Hot Corned Beef Dip
- 1 lb. corned beef sliced very thin
- 1/2 cup Thousand Island salad dressing
- 1 cup sauerkraut, well drained
- 1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, grated
- Crumble corned beef into a well greased 12x8 glass baking dish.
- Spread salad dressing over meat.
- Top with sauerkraut.
- Cover with cheese.
- Bake at 350F until hot and bubbly.
- Serve with party rye bread.
