Beef And Noodle Casserole Recipe
- 1 1/2 lb Grnd beef
- 1 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
- 1 lrg Onion, minced
- 1 c. Minced green pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 pkt Wide noodles, cooked and liquid removed (10 ounces)
- 2 can Cream of tomato soup, undiluted (10314 ounces each)
- 1 can Cream of mushroom soup, undiluted (10-314 ounces)
- 1 c. Shredded cheddar cheese, (4 ounces)
- In a large skillet, brown beef.
- Remove beef and drain fat.
- In the same skillet, heat butter over medium-high heat.
- Saute/fry, onion and pepper till tender.
- Add in beef, Worcestershire sauce, noodles and soups; mix well.
- Spoon into a greased 3-quart.
- casserole; top with cheese.
- Bake at 350 for 45 min.
- Yield: 8 servings.
