Easy Gingerbread Bars

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Combine sugar, butter, egg and molasses in bowl.
  3. Beat at medium speed until creamy.
  4. Add flour, baking soda, cinnamon and ginger; beat at low speed until well mixed.
  5. Press dough into ungreased 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
  6. Sprinkle with decorator sugar.
  7. Bake 16-20 minutes or until lightly browned around edges.
  8. Cool completely.
  9. Cut into desired shapes with cookie cutter or cut into bars.
