Ww Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins
- 14 cup white sugar
- 12 cup Splenda granular
- 12 cup applesauce
- 12 cup Egg Beaters egg substitute
- 34 cup canned pumpkin
- 1 12 cups all-purpose flour
- 34 teaspoon baking powder
- 12 teaspoon baking soda
- 14 teaspoon ground cloves
- 12 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 12 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- Preheat the oven to 375degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Grease and flour muffin pan or use paper liners.
- Mix sugar, Splenda, applesauce, eggbeaters, and pumpkin.
- In separate bowl mix together the baking flour, baking soda, baking powder, spices and salt.
- Add wet mixture and stir in chocolate chips.
- Fill muffin cups 2/3 full with batter.
- Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
