Glutinous Rice with Ham and Dried Shrimp

  1. Place rice in a heat proof earthen pot.
  2. Add water and bring to boil.
  3. Lower heat to medium and cook, uncovered, until all water is absorbed.
  4. Combine remaining ingredients and place on top of rice.
  5. Cover and cook at lowest heat for 20 minutes.
  6. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
