BBQ Beef (Crock Pot)

  1. Place thawed roast in crock pot and add beer, browning sauce and boullion.
  2. Set on High for 5 hours.
  3. Next, turn crock pot to low and scoop out beer mix.
  4. Slightly pull roast apart.
  5. Whisk together sauce ingredients and pour over roast.
  6. Cook another 3-4 hours, turning the roast 2 or 3 times to coat roast in sauce.
  7. When finished, shred roast in crock pot and enjoy!
  8. *Note: you can sub.
  9. pork for beef -- either way it's good piled on fresh buns!
