Tamagoyaki with Green Peppers and Cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 green pepper
- 1 tsp powdered cheese
- 1 Tbsp milk
- 1 little salt and pepper
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Dice green pepper into small pieces.
- Beat the eggs and put them into a bowl with the green pepper and powdered cheese.
- Mix well, then add milk, salt and pepper and mix again.
- Put olive oil into a square tamagoyaki pan, pour on top half of the egg mix.
- Once the egg starts to cook, but is still runny, roll the omelette from one edge.
- When rolling up, pour on the rest of the egg mix and continue rolling.
- Once done, put the omelette on a cutting board, cut into four pieces and serve.
