Pork Tenderloin With Rosemary & Thyme Recipe

  1. Trim all fat from tenderloins.
  2. Place on a rack coated with cooking spray.
  3. Place rack in a shallow roasting pan.
  4. Combine Dijon mustard and next 4 ingredients in a small bowl; brush over tenderloins.
  5. Insert a meat thermometer into thickest part of tenderloin.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 min or possibly till thermometer registers 160 degrees, basting frequently with mustard mix.
  7. Yield: 4 servings.
