Glazed Cranberry-Apple Cobbler

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Beat 3/4 cup water and flour in large saucepan with whisk until blended.
  3. Bring to boil on medium heat, whisking constantly.
  4. (Mixture will be thick.)
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Add dry gelatin mix and 2 Tbsp.
  7. sugar; stir 2 min.
  8. until gelatin is completely dissolved.
  9. Stir in apples and cranberries.
  10. Spoon into 8- or 9-inch square baking dish.
  11. Mix baking mix, 2 Tbsp.
  12. of the remaining sugar, sour cream and remaining water just until dry ingredients are moistened.
  13. Spoon 6 mounds of dough over fruit mixture; sprinkle with combined cinnamon and remaining sugar.
  14. Bake 35 min.
  15. or until golden brown.
  16. Cool slightly.
  17. Serve topped with COOL WHIP.
