Bacon-Topped Saucy Eggs

  1. Blend tomatoes, pepper, garlic and half the cilantro in blender until smooth; pour into large skillet.
  2. Bring to boil on medium heat; reduce heat to medium-low.
  3. Chop remaining cilantro; set aside.
  4. Break eggs, 1 at a time, into small bowl, then slip into skillet, leaving space between eggs; cover.
  5. Cook 5 to 6 min.
  6. or until whites are completely set and yolks begin to thicken but do not become firm.
  7. Top with Singles; cook 1 min.
  8. or until melted.
  9. Remove from heat.
  10. Top with bacon and reserved cilantro.
