Tomato Basil Soup

  1. simmer crush tomato and tomato juice
  2. simmer for 20 minutes
  3. finely chop basil leaves
  4. add basil leaves, heavy cream and butter to tomato mixture
  5. simmer 10 minutes
  6. add salt and pepper
  7. garnish with parmesan cheese
