Chicken Fried Flank Steak

  1. For each serving: Coat 1 steak thoroughly in 1/4 cup steak sauce.
  2. Dredge in 1/2 cup flour, then 2 eggs, then again in flour.
  3. Deep fry at 350 degrees F for about 3 min., turn.
  4. Fry another 3 min.
  5. or until golden brown.
  6. Combine 1/2 cup bechamel and 1 tsp.
  7. peppercorns to make gravy.
  8. Keep warm.
  9. Serve the steak with 2 fried eggs and gravy.
