Amanda's beef stew

  1. Heat a pan with olive oil over med heat.
  2. Coat beef with flour remove excess.
  3. Brown beef on all sides.
  4. In the same pan sweat the onions and garlic until translucent.
  5. While onions are sweating cube potatoes.
  6. To a large pot add water, beef seasoning, and all the ingredients.
  7. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer for about 3 hours or until beef is tender.
  8. Stir in chopped parsley after removed from heat.
  9. Salt and pepper to taste if desired.
