Weenie Dogs
- 12 whole Frozen Dinner Rolls Dough (like Rhodes), Thawed But Still Cold
- 4 whole Beef Hot Dogs
- 1 slice White Cheese
- 12 whole Black Beans
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Combine two rolls and flatten them into a rectangle large enough to place the hot dog on.
- Place a hot dog on the dough and roll the dough around it, leaving plenty of excess dough on one end to make the head.
- Pinch a small tail on the other end of the dog.
- Make a head-sized round at the other end and pinch the dough together behind the head to form the neck (see photo).
- Cut another roll into three pieces.
- The first piece should be slightly larger than 1/2 of the roll.
- Half the remaining piece.
- Roll the largest piece into a 6-inch rope that is very thin in the center.
- Lay the rope over the pinched neck and flatten the ends to make the ears.
- Roll the other two pieces into 4-inch ropes that are thin in the center but have small balls on the ends.
- Place these under the dog to make the feet.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Use cheese and black beans for eyes and nose.
