Chunky Chocolate Slice
- 250g block PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed and softened
- 250g butter, cubed and softened
- 1 1/4 cups caster sugar
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 250g NABISCO* Chips Ahoy! Cookies, broken into large pieces
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup glace cherries, roughly chopped
- extra cocoa for dusting
- Beat together the Philly*, butter, sugar and cocoa until smooth.
- Fold through the biscuit pieces, marshmallows and cherries.
- Spoon into a lined 20 x 20cm tin.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours until firm.
- Remove from the tin and cut into squares.
- Dust with extra cocoa.
