Chunky Chocolate Slice

  1. Beat together the Philly*, butter, sugar and cocoa until smooth.
  2. Fold through the biscuit pieces, marshmallows and cherries.
  3. Spoon into a lined 20 x 20cm tin.
  4. Refrigerate for 2 hours until firm.
  5. Remove from the tin and cut into squares.
  6. Dust with extra cocoa.
