Garlic-Parmesan Crisps
- 1/2 cup butter
- margarine, softened
- 2 tsp. garlic salt
- 4 pita bread
- 3 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp. dried basil
- In a small bowl, mix butter and garlic salt until well blended.
- Split each pita in half to make two rounds.
- Spread each with butter mixture.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan and basil.
- Cut each round into 6 wedges; place on an ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake at 325F for 8-10 minutes or until crisp.
