Blood Peach Bellini

• 4 ounces chilled Prosecco
• 1/2 ounce Campari
• 1 ounce white peach puree (see Note)
• 1/2 ounce grenadine, preferably EO (see Note) or homemade

1. In a pint glass, gently stir all of the ingredients.
2. Pour the drink into a chilled flute.
