Blood Peach Bellini
- 4 ounces chilled Prosecco
- 1/2 ounce Campari
- 1 ounce white peach puree (see Note)
- 1/2 ounce grenadine, preferably EO (see Note) or homemade
- In a pint glass, gently stir all of the ingredients.
- Pour the drink into a chilled flute.
