Chocolate Coffee Mallow Cups
- 1 Tbsp. MAXWELL HOUSE Instant Coffee Walgreens $6.99 thru 02/06
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 16 JET-PUFFED Marshmallows, quartered
- 2 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate
- 1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
- Dissolve coffee granules in water in medium saucepan.
- Add marshmallows and chocolate; cook and stir on low heat until marshmallows are melted and mixture is well blended.
- Refrigerate 45 min.
- or until mixture begins to thicken, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in COOL WHIP.
- Spoon into 6 dessert dishes.
- Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
