Brazilian feijoada
- 15 ml olive oil
- 2 onion, chopped
- 4 garlic
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 ground black pepper
- 1 can kidney bean
- 1 lemon juice and zest
- 341 ml beer
- 1/2 chopped parsley
- 1/2 cilantro chopped
- 2 tbsp chopped jalapeno
- 2 orange
- In a large pot heat oil and saute garlic and onion until they are caramelized add the lemon zest and juice, the beans and the beer and let it simmer for 20 minutes after the 20 min add the fresh herbs and the jalapeno finally garnish with orange slices sorry for bad english
