Philly Cheese Steak Fries

  1. Melt butter in saute pan on low heat.
  2. Add onions; cook 12 to 15 min.
  3. or until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
  4. Meanwhile, cook meat in separate saute pan on medium-high heat 2 min.
  5. or until done, stirring frequently; place in bowl.
  6. Add steak sauce; toss to coat.
  7. Meanwhile, deep fry steak fries as directed on package; drain.
  8. For each portion, 2 servings: Plate 5 oz.
  9. meat; top with 1/2 lb.
  10. steak fries and 4 oz.
  11. onions.
  12. Drizzle with 1/4 cup (2 oz.)
  13. CHEEZ WHIZ.
