Wasabi Pineapple Cheese Ball

  1. In large mixng bowl add cheese, turn beaters on low speed.
  2. Mix on low speed, until softened and smooth.
  3. Slowly add sugar a little at a time until mixed.
  4. Add crushed peas, chopped olives with pimentos and Worchestershire Sauce.
  5. Mix.
  6. Add pineapple and nutmeg and fold in to mixture.
  7. Do not use beaters for the final step.
  8. Form into soft ball or mound into a disposable dish.
  9. Place Plastic over the Dish.
  10. Refrigerate overnight or 4-6 hours before presenting.
  11. Place a Bow on the Rye Loaf and the top of the Covered Dish.
  12. Presentation: Refrigerate until serving.
  13. Spread on attached Rye Cocktail Loaf or Crackers or Celery Sticks.
  14. Card: A gift for you for all you do.
