Low-Fat Brownies

  1. In a small pot over low heat, stir dark chocolate and unsalted butter until melted and let it cool.
  2. Puree 1/2 cup of pitted prune by adding 3 tbsps of water.
  3. Sift flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and sea salt together.
  4. Beat egg, egg white, sugar and vanilla on low speed until the mixture is thick and creamy.
  5. Stir in melted chocolate and prune puree.
  6. Stir in dry ingredients and chopped cashews.
  7. Pour the mixture in a 20 cm baking tray lined with baking paper.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 150 degrees C for 15-20 minutes.
  9. Let it cool and serve.
