Peshawari Red Pepper Chutney

  1. Put the red bell pepper, mint, lemon juice, garlic, cayenne, salt, and black pepper into a blender in the order listed and blend until smooth.
  2. Add the almonds and blend again.
  3. Pour into a bowl and check for seasonings.
  4. Mix in the dill.
