Shrimp Fettucini Recipe
- 1 pound mushrooms, finely sliced
- 2 cubes butter
- 1 lg. onion, finely minced
- 3 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 2 pound jumbo shrimp, cooked
- 1 quart. half & half
- 1 pound Monterey Jack cheese, grated
- 1 pound fresh fettucini, cooked, liquid removed
- Saute/fry mushrooms in 1 cube butter.
- Add in onion, saute/fry till transparent.
- Set aside.
- Saute/fry garlic in next cube butter, add in shrimp, cook till thoroughly warm.
- Set aside.
- In large pot, heat half and half, after it is warm, add in cheese.
- When cheese is melted, combine mushroom and shrimp mixtures with cheese.
- Pour over warm pasta.
