Greek-Style Layered Spread

  1. Combine all spread ingredients in bowl.
  2. Beat at medium speed until smooth.
  3. Spread onto large serving plate to 1 inch of edge.
  4. Top with spinach, olives and feta cheese.
  5. Cover; refrigerate 1 hour to blend flavors.
  6. Sprinkle with pine nuts right before serving.
  7. Serve with crackers.
