Southwest Stuffed Burgers

  1. Preheat greased grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Mix meat, cumin, chili powder and 3 Tbsp.
  3. of the mayo; shape into 12 thin patties.
  4. Combine cheese and 2 Tbsp.
  5. of the salsa; spoon over 6 of the patties.
  6. Cover each with one of the remaining patties; pinch edges together to seal.
  7. Grill 7 min.
  8. on each side or until cooked through (160 degrees F).
  9. Meanwhile, combine remaining 2 Tbsp.
  10. salsa and remaining 1 Tbsp.
  11. mayo.
  12. Place lettuce, tomatoes and burgers on bottom halves of buns; top with salsa mixture.
  13. Cover with tops of buns.
