Pork Stir Fry With Linguine Recipe
- 1 pound boneless pork, sliced thin
- 4 ounce. linguine
- 1 tbsp. veg. oil
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 6 ounce. pkg. snow peas
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon dry basil
- Dash nutmeg
- 1/3 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 (4 ounce.) can mushroom slices
- Cook linguine, reserve hot.
- Heat skillet, add in oil, stir fry garlic.
- Add in peapods.
- Stir fry 2 min.
- Remove from pan.
- Add in 1/2 pork and cook 3-4 min.
- Remove, add in rest of pork.
- Cook 3-4 min.
- Remove from pan.
- Heat lowfat milk, basil and nutmeg.
- Add in cheese.
- Cook and stir till cheese melts.
- Stir in pea pods, pork and mushrooms.
- Heat through.
- Remove from heat, add in linguine and toss to heat.
- Serve with salad and bread.
